Potato Cod

 These are some of the pictures we took of the Great Barrier Reef.  The fish are beautiful and
plentiful. 

This was Snake Pit Dive.  Something I was not too happy to do, but I agreed.  I was very far from this sea snake believe me.  I was up around 40ft. while others were at 80ft.  I looked from afar and could not wait to get back on the boat.  Liz took this picture and she said it was coming right toward her.  She was very brave. 

Another picture of a sea snake.  This was taken by Ken, a fellow we met on board.  He gave us the pictures you see above.  I took the pictures of the Potato Cod and you can see how close it was to me.  They are very friendly and love the attention.  Liz took the picture of the sea snake and thes rest were taken by Ken. 

We had a wonderful time on the Great Barrier Reef.  The weather was perfect and there was even a night dive.  Look at the shot below to see how beautiful it can be even at night..........
